    Overview

Orange Theory had no consistent social media cadence, relied on cookie-cutter content, and had watched influencer promises fall through. We mapped the real issue: the target was scattered. We refocused the audience around two groups — people already coming through the studio and the prospects Orange Theory wanted to reach. We then consulted with the nationwide ad company to make campaigns more personable and local, ran multiple event and initiative campaigns in the Wichita, Kansas area, and built content systems for photography and videography through partner companies. On top of that, we introduced multiple new social systems and executed several new marketing systems designed to keep the brand visible, local, and conversion-focused. Every effort, from social to paid to organic, was aimed at driving studio traffic. The result has been a 5% increase in foot traffic from 2025 to 2026 based on reported numbers, with owners expecting even stronger growth ahead.

    The Challenge

    • No consistent social media cadence or posting rhythm.
    • Cookie-cutter content that did not feel local or personal.
    • Influencer promises that never translated into real results.
    • Target audience was scattered and unclear across channels.

    The Approach

    • Mapped the real problem: the target was all over the place.
    • Defined two clear targets: current studio traffic and Orange Theory's ideal prospects.
    • Aligned every channel around driving those audiences into the studio.
